About the role
Overview
Equalité, a dynamic streetwear brand, is seeking a passionate B2B Sales Support professional to join their growing team. In this role, you'll be a crucial point of contact for B2B customers, working closely with the Sales Manager to process orders, answer queries, visit retail partners, and provide exceptional service across online, showroom, and on-location channels.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact point for B2B customers
Process and manage B2B orders efficiently
Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Visit and support retail partners
Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager
Proactively contribute to partner growth strategies
Maintain detailed and organized sales support documentation
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong social and communication skills
Proactive and self-motivated approach
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Genuine enthusiasm for the Equalité brand and its vision
Valid driver's license (B)
Availability for minimum 4 days per week
