Overview
At Equalité, we are seeking a passionate Fashion Designer with a strong graphic design background to join our dynamic team. We are a unisex fashion brand that connects people through fashion, music, and sport, with collections rooted in culture, community, and storytelling.
Responsibilities
Create original graphics, artworks, and logos for apparel and accessories
Design prints, typography, and illustrations for seasonal collections
Design garments, silhouettes, and fits across our collections
Work closely with the founder and design team on creative direction
Develop concept decks, mood boards, and mock-ups to present design ideas
Ensure all graphics and designs are production-ready
Stay current with trends in fashion, streetwear, music, and sports culture
Requirements
3+ years experience in apparel graphic design or fashion design
Strong portfolio showcasing graphics, logos, typography, and apparel design
Experience designing garments and understanding fits and silhouettes
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong sense of visual identity, typography, and design aesthetics
Ability to work both independently and within a creative team
