Essenza Home is a creative and growing company that designs, produces, and distributes Home & Living collections under both its own Essenza brand and the licensed Marc O'Polo brand. Their collections span luxury bed and bath textiles, home accessories, table and kitchen textiles, porcelain, and homewear, offering a complete interior concept across multiple seasonal collections each year. The company serves both B2B clients (including department stores, sleep specialists, and bodyfashion retailers) and B2C customers through its own webshops and brand store.
This is a great entry level opportunity for a recent graduate who enjoys working accurately and in a structured way, with an affinity for interior and lifestyle products. As a Junior Product Coordinator, you will support the product team with a wide range of administrative tasks, acting as the link between a production-ready design and the finished product.
What you'll do
- Communicate with suppliers and maintain a clear overview of the entire product process
- Keep product information up to date in internal systems, including Digital Product Passport (DPP) data
- Process and manage product data accurately across relevant platforms
- Support pricing processes and purchasing administration
- Monitor the sample process and ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate label and packaging requirements
- Assist with sales analyses and reporting
- Follow up on agreements with suppliers and external partners to ensure processes run smoothly
What you'll bring
- Completed MBO level 4 or HBO degree
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and independent working style
- Natural ability to create and maintain clear overviews across multiple workstreams
- Proficient in Excel with solid numerical insight
- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Able to switch easily between different tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Comfortable collaborating with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners
- Affinity with interior and lifestyle products is a plus
