Junior Productmanager

Overview

Essenza Home designs, produces, and distributes Home & Living collections for both its own brand Essenza and the licensed brand MARC O'POLO. The collections include luxury bed and bath textiles, home accessories, table and kitchen textiles, porcelain, and homewear. With an extensive product range and multiple seasonal collections per year, Essenza Home offers a total concept for the home, from bedroom and bathroom to kitchen and living room. The company serves both the B2B market (including online department stores, bedding shops, and body fashion shops) and the B2C market through its own webshops and a brand store.

In this role, you ensure a structured and efficient development process, from concept to delivery. You support and coordinate a variety of processes in the areas of product development, data management, quality assurance, purchasing, and project management. You work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to enable a timely and high-quality product launch.

Responsibilities

Maintaining contact with (international) suppliers and coordinating sourcing and pricing processes. Managing and keeping product information up to date in the system. Coordinating labels and packaging in line with quality and sustainability criteria. Organizing and monitoring the sample process. Supporting and coordinating new product developments and special customer projects. Guiding sustainability initiatives, certifications, audits, and preparation for the Digital Product Passport (DPP), among others. Preparing and supporting trade fairs, photoshoots, and showroom presentations. Conducting sales analyses. Carrying out purchasing activities.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English. A precise and structured way of working. Hands-on mentality and an independent work attitude. Numerical insight and experience with Excel. Affinity with interior and lifestyle products. A solution-oriented mindset and flexibility in dealing with ad-hoc challenges.
