About the Role
The Creative Director will be a critical leader who connects marketing objectives with the creative heartbeat of our brand. You'll collaborate closely with Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Design teams to develop innovative visual narratives that embody our core values of transparency, accessibility, and inclusivity.
Responsibilities
Direct and inspire creative teams, including freelancers, designers, stylists, and photo studio teams
Develop strategic creative vision with strong executional capabilities
Maintain brand consistency and quality across all customer touchpoints
Connect design thinking to specific business objectives
Collaborate with Marketing and E-Commerce teams to develop and analyze marketing plans
Manage design calendar, ensuring timely execution within budget
Analyze brand tracking, market trends, and competitive landscape
Conduct innovative brainstorming sessions that generate actionable creative initiatives
Produce compelling print and digital experiences for sophisticated audiences
Communicate creative ideas effectively to cross-functional teams
Requirements
12+ years of print and digital design experience, preferably in-house or at a creative agency
Expert understanding of typography, layout, and design fundamentals
Passionate about art direction for both still and motion imagery
Deep knowledge of photography and visual culture
Strong appreciation of fashion trends, brands, styling, and product creation
