01 — About the role

About the role

Farfetch's e-concession marketplace runs on 550 brand partnerships, and this role leads the team that keeps every one of them growing. The Director of Brand Management heads a distributed team of 20+ Brand Managers, from Brand Specialists to Head of, and carries the sales growth, supply expansion and price competitiveness of the whole portfolio.

This is the primary voice for Brands inside Farfetch, and outside it. You represent brand interests in internal business reviews with C-levels, and sit across the table from Directors and above at the world's top fashion and luxury houses. The work runs cross-functionally, with Business Development, Merchandising, Planning & Analytics, Marketing, Private Client and Operations all looking to you to align on growth strategy, forecasting, assortment and portfolio-wide initiatives.

The right person leads people naturally, builds trust across geographies and levels, and moves quickly from data to decision.
