Guts & Gusto is looking for a Partnerships & Activations Specialist to join its marketing team in Enschede. This role suits a commercial, creative go-getter who loves connecting with clubs, companies, and associations, and who knows how to turn a sponsorship into something people actually notice.
Connecting is second nature to you. You build strong collaborations and translate partnerships into activations that land with the right audience, wherever they are.
You get real room to spot opportunities, shape ideas, and help build the brand together with an enthusiastic team.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain partnerships with commercial partners and student, study, and sports associations
- Spot market opportunities and initiate new collaborations with companies, brands, and local partners that fit the target audience
- Manage sponsorships and ensure they contribute fully to brand visibility and experience
- Translate collaborations into creative activations, such as store activations, campus actions, brand collabs, or local partnerships
- Organize and coordinate small-scale events, such as store openings, shopping nights, and On The Road activations
- Work closely with the marketing team to align partnerships and activations with campaigns and commercial goals
What you'll bring
- Completed HBO or WO degree in Marketing, Communication, or Event Management
- At least one to two years of relevant work experience
- Experience collaborating with external companies or brands, a plus
- Availability of at least 24 hours per week
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Based in or near Enschede
