Guts & Gusto is looking for a Partnerships & Activations Specialist to join its marketing team. This role suits a natural organizer with a commercial mindset and a head full of creative ideas, someone who lights up around cool clubs, partners, companies, and associations.
Connecting is second nature to this person. They build strong collaborations and know how to translate sponsorships and partnerships into activations that make a real impact, spotting where the target audience is and making sure Guts & Gusto shows up there.

What you'll do
- Build and maintain partnerships with commercial partners and student, study, and sports associations
- Spot opportunities in the market and initiate new collaborations with companies, brands, and local partners that fit the target audience
- Own sponsorships and make sure they contribute fully to visibility and brand experience
- Translate collaborations into creative activations, from store activations and campus actions to brand collabs and local partnerships
- Organize and coordinate small-scale events like store openings, shopping nights, and On The Road activations
- Work closely with the marketing team to align partnerships and activations with campaigns and commercial goals
What you'll bring
- Completed HBO or WO degree in Marketing, Communication, or Event Management
- One to two years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with external companies or brands, a plus
- Availability of at least 32 hours per week
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Based in or near Enschede
