About the role
Guts & Gusto is looking for a Social Content Creator Intern to join the marketing team from September 2026.
We want someone who lives on TikTok and Instagram, not just for fun but to spot trends, sounds, and sharp editing styles before they peak. You'll join the content team, work alongside our Social Content Creator, and be part of every shoot and content day.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to make content, not just study it.
What you'll do
- Contribute to social content for platforms including TikTok and Instagram
- Help shape creative formats, campaigns, and trends
- Film and edit during content days and shoots
- Write captions, research hashtags, and optimize content
- Bring your own ideas for new videos and content series
- Work closely with the Social Content Creator and the marketing team
What you'll bring
- Current studies in marketing, communication, media, content, or a related field
- Availability of at least four days a week
- Home in or near Enschede, or willingness to travel to the head office
- Basic knowledge of social platforms and video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva is a plus
