Product Developer Merchandiser
Hereu is hiring a Product Developer Merchandiser in Barcelona, ES. It's a full-time, mid level role paying €35k–40k / yr.

Hereu is looking for a merchandiser, buyer or product developer ready to own both range building and production, the discipline that connects design intent to the finished pair.
This role runs the seasonal range plan and the production calendar side by side, across SS and AW, working closely with a product development specialist and a production specialist.
It sits at the centre of the business, linking design, factories, sales and finance from first sketch to final delivery.
What you'll do
- Build and own the seasonal range plan, pricing and margin structure, and MOQ file across all collections
- Coordinate product development with factories, covering BOMs, technical sheets, materials and the collection development tracker
- Lead fittings and technical validation, confirming every style before production launch
- Oversee production follow-up and purchase orders, monitoring the critical path from PO to delivery
- Manage sample flows, SMS, proto and fit, against commercial deadlines
- Prepare the go-to-market package each season, including critical path, sell-in materials and catalogue proofing
- Set priorities and deadlines for the product development specialist and production administrator, keeping their work aligned with the collection calendar
What you'll bring
- 3-6 years in merchandising, production or product management within fashion, footwear or accessories
- Solid grasp of the product development lifecycle, from raw material to delivery
- Experience with seasonal range planning, pricing and margin, and factory-facing coordination such as fittings, BOM review and production follow-up
- Strong Excel skills, with ERP/PLM exposure (Zedonk) and wholesale platforms (Joor) as a plus
- Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written
- An organised, precise approach, calm under pressure and comfortable working across design, sales and finance
