Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end program management across Sustainability and Corporate initiatives from strategic planning to execution and delivery
Ensure cross-functional coordination between Business, IT, and Corporate support functions
Define and maintain program governance, including steering routines and decision frameworks
Guarantee strategic continuity across initiatives, aligning with long-term objectives
Anticipate upcoming regulatory, operational, and organizational needs
Identify opportunities for process optimization and resource efficiency
Act as a trusted partner for senior stakeholders, providing clear visibility on progress and risks
Support domain budget forecasting and resource management
Requirements
Approximately 10 years of program/project management experience in complex, international organizations
Fluency in English and French (Italian is a plus)
Experience or strong interest in sustainability and ESG topics
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong governance and stakeholder management capabilities
Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
