Overview
MR MARVIS is seeking a highly skilled Fit Technician to be the driving force behind our product development process. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with strong organizational and communication skills. You'll collaborate closely with product development, design, QC, and purchasing & planning teams to ensure our collections meet our high standards for fit, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for size and fit within the company, overseeing all aspects from prototypes to bulk production
Lead fit approvals, maintain size specifications, and ensure all garments meet quality and sizing standards
Organize and run pre-bulk and final fit sessions, collection reviews, and fittings with the design department
Translate fit issues into actionable pattern and construction changes
Collaborate with Portugal team, factories, and internal departments to resolve production issues
Participate in PLM implementation, focusing on size specs and technical data management
Analyze customer feedback to drive continuous product improvements
Support pattern, fit, and technical product optimization across collections
Communicate technical insights and fit decisions to internal teams and external partners
Work with stylists and photographers to ensure accurate garment representation
Requirements
Diploma in Technical Design, Pattern Grading, or equivalent
5+ years of experience as a Fit Technician in men's wear
Strong technical knowledge of garment fitting, tailoring, and manufacturing processes
Hands-on tailoring experience with expertise in balance, proportion, and silhouette
Exceptional ability to identify and resolve fit issues
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Illustrator, and PLM systems
Strong communication skills
Proactive, solution-oriented attitude
Fluent in English (Portuguese a plus)
