Olivia & Kate opened its boutique doors on one of Haarlem's nicest shopping streets on July 1, 2017. Three months later the webshop followed, and it has grown into one of the fastest-growing webshops in the Netherlands.
That growth runs on strong social content and sharp e-commerce presentation, which is why the team is looking for a Social Media Marketeer to join immediately. You'll shape what the brand posts, how it looks, and how well it performs.
It's a hands-on role that mixes planning, copy, campaign work and shoot days, right at the center of a young fashion company that moves fast on ideas.
What you'll do
- Manage and post content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Build content planning schedules
- Shape content strategy and brand positioning
- Write engaging copy for all channels
- Develop and create content across every channel
- Build data reports, analyze post and campaign performance and adjust where needed
- Set up marketing campaigns together with the social media marketeer
- Coordinate the weekly planning with the regular content creators
- Organize and coordinate the weekly e-commerce shoots
- Direct everyone involved on shoot day, including models, makeup artists and photographers
- Style the full e-commerce shoot to present the collection at its best
- Monitor planning, quality and efficient execution on shoot day
- Ensure a consistent brand image and commercial presentation of every product during the shoot
What you'll bring
- Precise, structured approach with a calm head under pressure
- Strong planning skills and no interest in a strict nine-to-five mentality
- A feel for fashion and an eye on the latest trends
- Creative, independent and proactive nature
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop or similar tools
- Genuine enthusiasm for social media, from quick stories to TikToks
- Completed HBO degree in marketing, communication, media or a related field
- Strong writing skills with a feel for visuals and tone of voice
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and developments
- Residence in or near Haarlem
