Overview
Social Spark is a dynamic social media agency in Rotterdam seeking a Senior Social Advertising Specialist to drive impactful digital advertising campaigns. As a key team member, you'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media advertising strategies that deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and continuously optimize Social Ads campaigns across Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook, with potential TikTok involvement)
Independently manage advertising accounts with full autonomy
Conduct A/B testing on creative assets, audience targeting, and campaign structures
Analyze campaign data and translate insights into concrete optimization strategies
Collaborate with content team to align advertising and organic content efforts
Identify opportunities to make campaigns smarter, more effective, and scalable
Contribute to improving and structuring advertising processes within the agency
Help expand Social Spark's online advertising capabilities
Requirements
Completed HBO degree in marketing or related field
Minimum 4 years of proven social advertising experience
Expert-level proficiency with Meta Ads Manager
Strong strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset
Proactive approach with ability to spot opportunities and take initiative
Passion for knowledge sharing and supporting team growth
