The role calls for a Product Manager with a solid grasp of product and of how the fashion industry moves, someone able to lead and develop the entire Product area.
What you'll do
- Define and drive product strategy in line with the brand's positioning and business goals
- Coordinate and organize the activities of the Style, Graphics, and Production teams
- Plan and monitor collection development, keeping every deadline on track
- Optimize workflows and find solutions to improve efficiency and organization
- Work with Management to set priorities and product development strategy
- Monitor costs, margins, and collection performance
- Analyze sales data and product performance to support business decisions and shape collection choices
- Coordinate relationships with suppliers and production partners
- Foster a collaborative work environment focused on goals and continuous improvement
What you'll bring
- Experience in product management or product coordination roles within fashion companies
- Knowledge of product development processes and the production supply chain
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Leadership, authority, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Strong focus on numbers and the ability to analyze data and performance
