Overview
tex.tracer is a cutting-edge transparency platform revolutionizing the fashion industry by providing brands and consumers unprecedented insight into product journeys using blockchain technology. As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in accelerating growth across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Scandinavia, working directly with the Chief Commercial Officer to expand the company's commercial footprint.
Responsibilities
Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to deal negotiation and closure
Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies for regional markets
Build strong, long-term relationships with decision makers in fashion brands, retailers, and supply chain partners
Represent tex.tracer at industry events, webinars, and roundtables
Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategy and execution
Provide strategic input and customer feedback to help shape product development
Monitor and report key sales KPIs to the leadership team
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in fashion, supply chain, or sustainability
Strong communicative skills in English
Additional EU language (French, Danish, or Swedish) is a plus
Commercially minded, relationship-focused, and data-driven approach
Independent and entrepreneurial personality
Passion for innovation, sustainability, and measurable ESG impact
Experience with tools like HubSpot (CRM) and Slack
