About the role
Overview
tex.tracer is a cutting-edge transparency platform revolutionizing the fashion industry by using blockchain technology to track and verify supply chain processes. We are seeking a passionate Partner Liaison in Turkey to help connect and support our supply chain partners across Europe.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for supply chain partners in Turkey and rest of Europe
Achieve and maintain over 75% partner onboarding rate to the tex.tracer platform
Guide partners on effective platform usage and functionality
Resolve user queries and address partner issues promptly
Support the Client Success team by translating platform content, articles, and tutorials
Participate in twice-weekly team check-ins to ensure alignment and progress
Perform additional tasks to enhance client success and satisfaction
Requirements
Fluent in both English and Turkish (Portuguese language skills are a bonus)
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the fashion industry
Ability to quickly learn and navigate new digital platforms and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
Self motivated with proven ability to work independently
