Overview

PANGAIA is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to play a critical role in accelerating digital growth through data-led, commercially focused paid media execution. As part of our global collective dedicated to sustainable innovation, you'll be responsible for driving measurable impact across paid acquisition channels while supporting both short-term revenue and long-term customer growth.

About the Role

This position sits within the Ecommerce team and will be instrumental in our mission to redefine product purpose through purposeful design and sustainable practices. You'll own the performance of paid media channels, working closely with our performance marketing agency to maximize return on spend and drive sustainable scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own and oversee performance across all paid channels, including paid search, paid social, display, shopping, and affiliates

  • Collaborate with the Head of Ecommerce & Digital Growth to define paid media strategy aligned with overall ecommerce objectives

  • Lead budget forecasting and planning across paid channels, ensuring effective allocation and control

  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and conversion rate optimization initiatives

  • Manage global paid media accounts across multiple markets

  • Share performance insights and best practices with Marketing and Go-To-Market teams

  • Measure, analyze, and report on performance across all paid digital marketing activities

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or growth marketing, preferably in ecommerce or fashion/lifestyle brands

  • Deep expertise in performance marketing across multiple digital channels

  • Proven experience managing media budgets at scale

  • Strong analytical capabilities with ability to interpret performance data

  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools like GA4

  • Experience working with performance marketing agencies

  • Strong understanding of unit economics, ROAS, and customer acquisition metrics

  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
