We are seeking design-trained professionals to join our commercial team in high-impact, customer-facing roles. Whether your strength is in account management, outbound sales, or inbound sales, we have a unique opportunity for fashion designers ready to transition into a dynamic business role.
Responsibilities
Provide consultative strategy using knowledge of garment construction and materials to offer expert advice
Translate creative visions into actionable, high-quality production orders
Manage pipeline and portfolio interactions within the company CRM
Directly influence company growth by hitting KPIs related to conversion rates, order value, and client lifetime value
Act as a technical consultant to help customers refine creative concepts and navigate the production process
Requirements
Degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or related creative field
Technical literacy in understanding design files, tech packs, and manufacturing specifications
Native or professional-level English fluency with a confident, consultative communication style
Availability to work consistently during US Business Hours (EST/PST)
Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred
