At the Tommy Hilfiger store in Piaseczno Designer Outlet, we're looking for a Customer Advisor to join the floor team. The role suits someone who inspires customers and colleagues alike, feels at home in the brand's world, and brings communication, reliability, and genuine engagement to the job.
Sales experience and a background in one-to-one customer service are a plus. Join a motivated team that will back you up from day one.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on clothing and styling with confidence
- Act as an ambassador for the Tommy Hilfiger brand
- Build long-term relationships with customers and bring in new ones
- Work independently across daily tasks
- Present merchandise and uphold visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer complaints
- Keep the store presentable
- Operate the cash register
