About the role

This role owns trim and packaging development for Tommy Hilfiger, from first concept to final approval. Working with minimal guidance, the Senior Developer turns creative direction into material solutions that are technically sound, scalable and commercially viable, built within the nominated supplier matrix.

The job spans multiple Business Units, product categories and material areas, shifting as team and business priorities evolve. It calls for real technical depth and sound judgment on complex, moving developments, plus the cross-functional partnership to keep scope, timing and ownership clear across Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing, Quality and suppliers.

Beyond individual developments, the Senior Developer acts as a go-to technical resource, mentoring colleagues and helping the wider team simplify assortments and sharpen development processes. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract based onsite in Amsterdam.
