As Head of Finance, you will take ownership of all financial operations and planning for this new project, working closely with Tomorrowland's international headquarters and cross-functional teams. Innovation, accuracy, and strong financial leadership are at the heart of what will make this experience unforgettable, both for guests and for the people building it.
Responsibilities
Lead the pre-opening phase for the finance department and develop a comprehensive financial strategy
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and applicable standards, including Spanish regulatory requirements
Manage financial reporting and in-depth analysis across all areas of the operation
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks proactively
Collaborate with other departments and key stakeholders, including Tomorrowland HQ, to support sound financial decision-making
Lead, mentor, and manage the on-site finance team
Ensure all financial activities are consistent with and reflective of the Tomorrowland brand standards
Requirements
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a comparable senior financial leadership role, with a minimum of 10 years in financial management
Background in hospitality and/or entertainment environments is strongly preferred
Experience working alongside or within an international headquarters or team structure
Strong working knowledge of financial principles and Spanish financial regulations
Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities
Proficiency in financial software and relevant tools
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience managing finance teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organisation
Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
