01 — About the role

About the role

Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Brand Partnership Director to cover a maternity leave and keep its Brand Partnerships business running at full strength. This is a hands-on leadership role: manage day-to-day performance, protect continuity, and keep commercial objectives on track while the team's roadmap stays on course.

You'll be the senior point of contact for the platform's most strategic luxury brand and retailer partners, balancing executive relationships with the operational detail that makes those partnerships work. You'll also lead a team of three across Business Development and Account Management, and act as the bridge between Brand Partnerships and the Product, Tech, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Customer Service teams that bring partnership initiatives to life.

It's a role for someone who can move between strategy and execution without missing a beat, representing Brand Partnerships across the business and within the wider luxury resale world.

02 — What you'll do

What you'll do

  • Oversee day-to-day management and performance of the Brand Partnerships business, ensuring continuity and execution excellence
  • Drive growth across the existing portfolio of luxury brands and retailers by strengthening partnerships and maximizing mutual value
  • Keep execution aligned with the team's roadmap and strategic priorities while staying agile to evolving business needs
  • Serve as the primary contact for Vestiaire Collective's most strategic partners, maintaining strong executive relationships
  • Guide managers through business reviews, performance discussions and partnership governance
  • Support partnership renewals, commercial negotiations and the expansion of existing collaborations
  • Monitor and optimize partner performance across commercial, operational and customer metrics
  • Use data and insights to spot opportunities, take corrective action and inform decision-making
  • Ensure partner supply gets the visibility and support it needs to maximize desirability, sell-through and customer experience
  • Partner with Product, Tech, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Customer Service to deliver partnership initiatives and operational priorities
  • Coordinate complex cross-functional projects and remove blockers to keep execution on time
  • Keep internal stakeholders aligned on partner priorities, commitments and business objectives
  • Lead and coach a team of three across Business Development and Account Management, setting clear priorities
  • Build a collaborative, high-performing team culture with effective workload management
  • Act as the key escalation point for internal teams and external partners
  • Represent the Brand Partnerships team across the organization and the wider luxury resale ecosystem
  • Contribute to strategic discussions with partners and industry stakeholders that reinforce Vestiaire Collective's position as a trusted resale partner
03 — What you'll bring

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years of experience, including three years in Business Operations, Category Management, Strategy, Marketplace, Partnerships or Commercial roles, ideally at a leading e-commerce, marketplace or technology company
  • Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving business performance at scale
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands-on approach to execution and operational excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across executive leadership, commercial, product, operations and external partners
  • Excellent project and change management skills, with a record of driving organizational transformation and process improvement
  • Highly analytical, data-driven approach that turns complex data into actionable business recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools, with a strong grasp of data analytics; experience with Tableau, SQL and AI-powered analytics tools is a plus
  • Strong commercial acumen, able to identify growth opportunities, prioritize investments and optimize performance
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership and executive audiences
  • Proven people leadership experience, with a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and thriving in high-growth, fast-moving environments
  • Strong understanding of the fashion and luxury landscape, including market trends, consumer behavior and the relationship between first-hand and second-hand markets
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken, with additional European languages such as French, Italian, Spanish or German a plus
