As Instore Visual Merchandiser at WE Fashion, you ensure that the collections are presented as commercially and attractively as possible. You style windows and displays according to WE guidelines, oversee the Store Layout Plan and execute the Store Equipment Plan, creating an inspiring shopping environment for every customer.
Working closely with your Store Manager, you spot commercial opportunities on the shop floor and translate them into concrete visual merchandising tasks and plans. You take care of mannequin and torso presentation, coordinate matching POS material, and help coach and develop the team's visual merchandising skills.

What you'll do
- Style windows and displays according to WE guidelines
- Oversee the Store Layout Plan and execute the Store Equipment Plan
- Identify commercial opportunities together with the Store Manager and translate them into visual merchandising plans
- Present mannequins and torsos and coordinate matching POS material
- Assist the Store Manager in training and developing the team on visual merchandising
- Welcome every customer warmly and advise on the latest trends
What you'll bring
- Vocational education in fashion, styling or retail, or equivalent preparation for the role
- Some prior experience with visual merchandising, styling or store presentation
- Affinity with fashion, styling and visual merchandising
- Ability to spot commercial opportunities and translate them into attractive store presentations
- Initiative and enjoyment of collaborating with and inspiring colleagues
