About the role
WE Fashion is looking for a PR & Influencer Marketeer who scrolls Instagram and TikTok and knows within seconds which creators actually move people. Someone who builds strong collaborations and gets real energy from PR moments that stick with an audience.
You read culture well. You know what's happening, which trends matter, and how to put a brand in front of the right people. From influencer partnerships to PR events that inspire, you keep WE Fashion visible and tell stories that resonate.
What you'll do
- Grow WE Fashion's visibility and relevance through influencers, creators, and PR activity
- Build strong relationships, spot opportunities, and translate brand strategy into real collaborations
- Develop and coordinate influencer campaigns, from selecting creators to overseeing content, results, and budgets
- Build and maintain the WE Friends Ambassador Program and keep relationships with creators and ambassadors strong
- Lead the organization of PR events and work closely with the PR agency
- Act as the first point of contact for press and media, handling inquiries professionally
- Work with colleagues in Marketing, Social, and Creative Hub to keep activities aligned with brand identity
- Report to the Marketing Manager
What you'll bring
- Substantial experience in influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, or community building at a brand, PR agency, influencer marketing agency, or similar environment
- Strong relationship-building skills with influencers, creators, agencies, and media, plus solid negotiation skills
- A feel for fashion, trends, and content, with a sense of which collaborations fit the target audience and brand identity
- Experience running multiple campaigns, influencer collaborations, and PR events at the same time
- Good command of Dutch and English
