About the role

ZEGNA is the global leader in luxury menswear, a house built in the Italian Alps in 1910 and carried forward today within the Ermenegildo Zegna Group.

As Junior Shoes Designer, you join the Design Shoes Team in Milan, helping shape and develop high-quality products from first sketch through to final specification.

This is a role for someone early in their career, ready to bring creativity and technical skill to a house where craftsmanship and innovation sit at the center of the design process.

02 — What you'll do

What you'll do

  • Take part in creative research for upcoming collections
  • Create sketches using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Produce detailed drawings and write specifications covering color schemes, construction, material types and accessories requirements
  • Support the Design Office and contribute to design meetings

What you'll bring

  • Degree in Fashion or Product Design, recent graduates welcome
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and technical drawing
  • Strong freehand design skills
  • Creativity and sensibility to luxury
  • Fluent English
