Overview

We're seeking an innovative Apparel Designer to contribute to our Tennis and Running accessories collections, transforming creative direction into compelling products that reinforce ASICS' brand identity.
Responsibilities
Design innovative accessories collections for Tennis and Running categories, aligned with ASICS' design DNA
Interpret seasonal creative direction into comprehensive accessories ranges
Conduct research and develop seasonal trends, colour palettes, and inspirational mood boards
Participate in fit sessions and quality control processes
Collaborate with cross functional teams including design, business units, and category management
Manage product development costs and maintain budget alignment
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations of seasonal design narratives
Requirements
5+ years of experience designing accessories, preferably in sports or activewear
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong knowledge of fabric, materials, and textile technologies
Understanding of 3D accessory construction, patterning, and manufacturing processes
Excellent written and oral communication skills
