Overview

We're seeking a passionate Materials Development Graduate to join our EMEA headquarters near Amsterdam and contribute to our innovative performance sportswear development process.
Responsibilities
Support the development of seasonal materials and coordinate tracking processes throughout the material development cycle
Assist in arranging material testing procedures and monitor their progress to ensure timely completion and compliance
Ensure all materials comply with restricted substance regulations and meet established product standards
Create detailed material records in the Product Lifecycle Management system and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with Design and Product Development teams to understand specific performance requirements for materials
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Material Science, Textile Technology, or related field
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and data management systems
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Collaborative, curious and proactive mindset
Problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
