Styling & Photography Specialist is a role for a creative professional with a sharp eye for image who also gets energy from data. You turn content strategy into styling and photography concepts for the webshop and app, and you back every creative choice with insights and results.
You build outfits from the assortment, coordinate shoots from planning to quality control, and read the numbers on conversion, customer behavior and image performance. The goal is a clear one: an online customer experience that feels as inspiring as the store.
You work from the photo studio in Diemen alongside a specialized team where creativity, craftsmanship and data come together. The position is onsite in Amsterdam, full time, 32 to 40 hours a week, on a permanent contract.
What you'll do
- Translate content strategy into styling and photography concepts for online channels
- Build outfits from the assortment based on merchandise and brand identity
- Coordinate photo shoots, from planning and model bookings to briefings and quality control
- Analyze data on conversion, customer behavior, image performance, productivity and time-to-market
- Work with internal teams and external partners to raise the quality, efficiency and commercial impact of content
What you'll bring
- HBO work and thinking level with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrable experience in fashion, styling and photography
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data
- Experience with stakeholder management and working with different internal and external parties
- The ability to turn data and insights into concrete actions and improvements
- An eye for detail and a good understanding of commercial goals
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
