This role sits at the intersection of Design, Production, Buying, and ecom, turning ideas into finished products. From technical development and fittings to supplier management and production approvals, the work has a direct line to what thousands of customers wear.
This is a chance to shape modern menswear from concept through to production, with real ownership over the outcome.
What you'll do
- Work across Design, Production, Buying, and ecom to turn ideas into products
- Lead technical development and fittings
- Manage suppliers and oversee sample development
- Handle production approvals
What you'll bring
- Vocational (MBO) or bachelor's (HBO) degree from AMFI, Saxion, TMO, or an equivalent fashion-related education
- 2-3 years or more of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry
- Strong technical product development experience
- Understanding of garment construction, fit, and pattern-related problem solving
- Confidence managing suppliers and sample development
- Passion for premium product and raising the bar
- Energy, ownership, and a solution-oriented mindset
