As Junior Content & Shoot Coordinator, you coordinate and execute content productions from first idea to final delivery. You prepare shoots down to the last detail, stay on set to capture content, and make sure footage and images reach every channel on time.
You work closely with the creative team on campaigns and content for social media, e-commerce and other brand expressions, helping shape the creative execution and keeping every production running smoothly from prep to delivery.
What you'll do
- Organize and coordinate photoshoots and content productions from start to finish
- Build production schedules, call sheets and shot lists, and monitor progress
- Manage the production budget and keep every shoot within the agreed budget
- Book and coordinate locations, studios, photographers, models, make-up artists and other suppliers
- Ensure collections, samples and styling items are ready on time and resolve bottlenecks proactively
- Handle bookings, quotes and other production administration
- Support the creative team on campaigns, social content and collaborations with influencers and stylists
- Help shape creative concepts and content formats, translating social media trends into ideas that fit POM
- Help plan and post social content and capture behind-the-scenes material during shoots
- Manage and organize the image library, labeling packshots and model images with the correct product codes
- Track collection and image changes closely and flag when images need to be reshot
What you'll bring
- Completed higher professional education (hbo), preferably in Creative Business, Communication, Fashion, Media or a related field
- One to two years of work experience or relevant internship experience in content, marketing or production
- Creative and strongly organized approach to work
- A feel for imagery, styling and social media
- Enthusiasm, precision and a proactive mindset that stays a step ahead
- Ease switching between different internal and external parties
- Affinity with fashion, photography and content creation
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English
