We're looking for a detail driven, organized, and proactive Product Developer to join our team in the heart of Amsterdam. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have hands-on experience in both product development and production follow-up, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and global suppliers, this role could be a great fit. In this position, you will take ownership of the main collections, managing the full development process from sketch through the final SMS stage.
What you'll do
- Create accurate and detailed tech packs based on design briefs.
- Coordinate sample development in line with the critical path.
- Manage supplier communication to ensure clarity on samples, materials, and sampling timelines.
- Participate in fittings with the Creative Director to secure design intent and fit.
- Work closely with the Fabric Buyer to ensure fabrics are available throughout the development process.
- Update and maintain collection files, ensuring all information reflects the latest collection developments.
- Maintain and organize the physical sample archive throughout each season.
- Manage collection send-outs for the sales market.
What you'll bring
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role at a higher fashion brand.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, sourcing, and manufacturing processes.
- Clear, professional, and effective communication skills both with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment and manage shifting priorities while maintaining structure.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple seasons simultaneously.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with ERP systems.
- Affinity with the Róhe brand and enthusiasm for working within a small, growing company.
