About the role

Róhe is an Amsterdam based label, design studio, and atelier dedicated to exploring contemporary shapes through distinct design elements and precise craftsmanship. The house is defined by its rewritten approach to tailoring and the continuous reinvention of wardrobe classics inspired by exceptional Italian high quality fabrics and a clear, signature DNA.

We're looking for a detail driven, organized, and proactive Product Developer to join our team in the heart of Amsterdam. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have hands-on experience in both product development and production follow-up, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and global suppliers, this role could be a great fit. In this position, you will take ownership of the main collections, managing the full development process from sketch through the final SMS stage.

02 — What you'll do

What you'll do

  • Create accurate and detailed tech packs based on design briefs.
  • Coordinate sample development in line with the critical path.
  • Manage supplier communication to ensure clarity on samples, materials, and sampling timelines.
  • Participate in fittings with the Creative Director to secure design intent and fit.
  • Work closely with the Fabric Buyer to ensure fabrics are available throughout the development process.
  • Update and maintain collection files, ensuring all information reflects the latest collection developments.
  • Maintain and organize the physical sample archive throughout each season.
  • Manage collection send-outs for the sales market.

What you'll bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar role at a higher fashion brand.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, sourcing, and manufacturing processes.
  • Clear, professional, and effective communication skills both with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment and manage shifting priorities while maintaining structure.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple seasons simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with ERP systems.
  • Affinity with the Róhe brand and enthusiasm for working within a small, growing company.
