At Studio Anneloes, you'll be a crucial link between our retail partners and internal teams as a B2B Customer Support Specialist. This dynamic role offers an opportunity to thrive in a collaborative, ambitious environment where you'll provide exceptional customer service, support account managers, and actively contribute to strong customer relationships.
What you'll do
- Answer B2B customer questions via email and phone
- Support customers with orders, deliveries, and collections
- Resolve issues related to e-commerce, logistics, and order processing
- Escalate complex questions to the appropriate departments
- Monitor progress and provide customer follow-ups
- Support account managers with commercial and operational queries
- Develop solutions for retail partners
- Identify commercial opportunities and areas for improvement
- Collect and share market feedback internally
- Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and e-commerce teams
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system
- Actively contribute to high customer satisfaction
What you'll bring
- Minimum MBO education level
- Experience in customer support, sales support, or retail
- Professional and service oriented communication skills
- Excellent Dutch language proficiency
- Precise and detail oriented work approach
- Commercial mindset with ability to recognize opportunities
- Strong collaborative skills across different teams
- Positive and solution oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
