Kidzroom and Studio V are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to manage a portfolio of customers and turn every relationship into lasting growth. You are the connector between the customer and the brands, from onboarding through to long-term partnership.
Day to day, you guide new customers to a strong start, think ahead on assortment and presentation, and translate market trends into concrete plans. Working closely with sales, marketing, product development and supply chain, you turn data into success plans and represent the brands at trade fairs and events.
Based at the head office in Tilburg, you help build the next stage of growth for Kidzroom and Studio V, and your own ideas on how to get there count just as much as the customer's.
What you'll do
- Manage your own customer portfolio and build strong, lasting relationships
- Guide new customers to a flying start
- Think proactively with customers about assortment, opportunities and presentation
- Pursue maximum customer satisfaction
- Help customers grow with the brands and turn opportunities into concrete results
- Translate market trends and insights into concrete actions
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product development and supply chain
- Analyze data and turn insights into success plans for your customers
- Represent Kidzroom and Studio V at trade fairs and events
- Bring your own ideas to the table, for the company as much as for customers
What you'll bring
- Starter or up to five years of work experience
- MBO or HBO level education and thinking, with a curiosity to keep developing
- Easy communicator, open-minded and quick to connect with others
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to take initiative
- An eye for opportunity where others see obstacles
- Interest in retail, lifestyle or consumer brands
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English
- Experience with CRM systems, a plus but not required
- Preference for candidates based in the Tilburg region
