About the role
You have a strong vision for fashion, product and styling, and you translate trends into commercial collections that connect with our customer. You look beyond the design itself and understand how product, presentation and brand experience come together in a successful collection.

What you'll do
- Develop the Menswear collection with a focus on woven product
- Oversee the design process from concept to final product
- Ensure designs are both creative and commercially strong
- Translate trends, market developments and customer insights into commercial products
- Work out ideas for suppliers and fit technicians so every product is right down to the detail
- Collaborate with Buying and Merchandising to align collections with the customer, price structure and commercial goals
What you'll bring
- Design experience within a fashion retailer, with affinity for menswear and woven product groups
- Ability to translate trends, market developments and customer insights into commercial products
- Strong vision for product, styling and presentation
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, and preparing designs correctly for production
- Good command of English for international collaboration
