01 — About the role

About the role

WE Fashion is looking for an E-Commerce Merchandiser to strengthen its E-Commerce team. The role is for someone who knows online merchandising inside and out and knows better than anyone how to leverage Salesforce to increase online conversion.

You stay current on the latest developments in AI and emerging E-Commerce tools, and you are eager to put that knowledge into practice. A genuine passion for the products runs through the work.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

  • Optimize online conversion and the presentation of categories and products
  • Present the collection at its best day in and day out
  • Set up promotions
  • Analyze and process search behavior data
  • Contribute ideas to further develop and improve the webshop and product recommendations
  • Deliver the right content to the right customer at the right time, putting the customer first
03 — What you'll bring

What you'll bring

  • Relevant knowledge of e-commerce, retail, or fashion through education and/or professional experience
  • Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and translate commercial opportunities into improvements across the online customer journey
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and experience implementing AI-driven tools within E-Commerce
  • A proactive, flexible, driven, commercially minded approach, able to work with deadlines and changing priorities
  • Experience with Contentsquare and PIM Inriver, a plus
