Overview
The ABOUT YOU LAYBELS team is seeking a creative professional to help shape the visual identity of our fashion brands. We work with famous artists and celebrities, developing exclusive collections that live through culture and content. As a (Junior) Designer & Art Director, you'll have the opportunity to translate brand DNA into compelling visuals across fashion, digital, and event platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive brand identities, including visual guidelines
Create innovative campaigns and seasonal visual directions
Provide art direction for photoshoots and events, including concept development, mood boards, and styling references
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external creative professionals
Maintain consistent brand standards across all touchpoints
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in design or art direction, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or agency environments
Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, campaign work, or design projects
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Deep understanding of fashion aesthetics and current trends
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with creative AI tools for image generation, editing, and ideation
Preferred Skills
Experience with social media storytelling (Instagram, TikTok)
Photography skills
Motion design or video editing capabilities
