About the role
Overview
Tess V is a rapidly growing fashion brand with a strong online presence, five physical stores, and a young, ambitious organization. We create all content in-house, from shipping packages to running online campaigns and producing photography and content in our own studios. We inspire each other in an ambitious and creative environment and translate that energy to our customers.
Responsibilities
Translate concepts into compelling videos: from mood board to final edit
Film on location and in studios for campaigns, product launches, social series, backstage & events
Edit content for multiple channels (Reels/TikTok, ads, YouTube, website) including snappy cuts, captions, and sound design
Develop formats and storytelling that engage and convert our community
Create short motion/graphic overlays (titles, lower thirds, loopable assets)
Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and design teams to execute content calendars
Contribute to improving the online customer journey
Requirements
Creative, hands-on, and quick to adapt
Strong editor with a sense of rhythm, brand experience, and social trends
Proactive team player who can pitch campaign ideas
Experienced with cameras (e.g., Sony/Canon), lighting & audio
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut
Organized, with ability to manage planning, file structures, and quality
Nice to Have
Color grading (LUTs) and basic sound mixing skills
Photography experience (behind the scenes/product) and thumbnail design
Knowledge of performance creatives (A/B variants for ads)
Experience in fashion/retail and working with creators/influencers
