As an All-round Fashion Designer for Womenswear, you will be a key creative contributor within a small, passionate team. Working closely with the design and product development departments, you will translate trends, inspiration and commercial insights into strong collections that reflect BEAUMONT's DNA. From essentials to statement pieces, you will play an active role across the entire creative process, bringing your sense of fashion, materials and silhouette to help shape the brand's identity and direction.

Responsibilities

Translating trends and inspiration into innovative, commercial designs that align with BEAUMONT's brand identity
Developing designs into clear technical drawings and detailed product specifications for production
Contributing to trend research and translating findings into cohesive style and collection concepts
Sourcing new fabrics, materials, trimmings and haberdashery in collaboration with the design and product development team
Supporting fittings and try-on sessions while monitoring fit, quality and consistency
Maintaining structure and clarity within the collection through line sheets and collection overviews
Collaborating closely with design, product development and production teams throughout the full development process

Requirements

A completed higher professional education (HBO) degree in Fashion Design
Approximately 2 to 5 years of experience in womenswear or a comparable women's fashion brand
A creative and commercially astute mindset, with a strong sense of brand identity and collection development
A genuine affinity for trends, colour, materials and silhouettes
Solid knowledge of fabrics, fits, qualities and product construction
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other relevant design software
Fluency in both Dutch and English
A proactive, curious and hands-on approach to work
Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

Experience working with woven fabrics
Familiarity with size specifications and technical product development
