Overview

Flâneur is seeking a passionate E-Commerce Intern who loves digital, fashion, and getting things done. This is an exciting opportunity to support a modern fashion brand's digital operations and gain hands-on experience across e-commerce, CRM, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update the Shopify webshop, including product details, collections, pages, text, images, and translations
Create new web pages and improve on-site user experience and conversion
Build and manage newsletters in Klaviyo using drag-and-drop templates
Support customer service by updating FAQs and resolving simple inquiries
Assist with digital marketing, content, and e-commerce projects
Keep internal systems like Asana and documentation organized and up-to-date
Maintain and update reporting across digital channels

Requirements

Strong English language skills (German/Dutch is a plus)
Highly organized with a fast learning ability
Comfortable working with digital tools
Genuine interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, fashion, and AI
Keen eye for detail and aesthetic design
