Production & Development Manager

Overview
FLORE FLORE, an Amsterdam-based fashion brand founded in 2021, is seeking an experienced Production & Development Manager to drive their product development and supply chain processes. As a brand committed to creating understated chic basics made from 100% organic cotton, we are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can transform creative concepts into high-quality, production-ready products.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the entire product development and production process in collaboration with the Designer
Translate creative concepts into technically sound products while maintaining design integrity and quality
Create and continuously improve detailed tech packs with accuracy and consistency
Serve as primary point of contact for suppliers and factories
Build and manage long-term relationships with suppliers
Negotiate prices, lead times, minimum order quantities, and quality standards
Oversee sampling process, including prototypes and pre-production samples
Conduct quality checks to ensure brand craftsmanship standards
Manage production planning, budgets, and logistics across collections
Source and develop fabrics, trims, and innovative production techniques
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in fashion production or development
Strong understanding of garment construction and product development processes
Experience in jersey fabric industry preferred
Excellent communication skills in English
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in design tools like Illustrator, InDesign, and Excel
Bachelor's degree in Fashion
Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong sense of responsibility
