Overview

We are seeking a Sustainability & Compliance Specialist to join our client's manufacturing/textile organization. This role is critical to our sustainability office, playing a central operational role in managing compliance, worker documentation, and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage contracts and relationships with external clients and workers, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Monitor deadlines and worker-related compliance requirements, including tracking non-conformities from audits and document verifications
Periodically update worker documentation, including self-assessment forms, safety documentation, and mandatory certification tracking
Manage and maintain web platform for external worker monitoring
Support internal and client audit and monitoring activities
Collect and process data for environmental analysis and statistics
Interact consistently with various company departments on sustainability, compliance, and worker-related topics
Support data collection for sustainability projects like Carbon Footprint and CDP reporting

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Safety, Sustainability, Quality, or Compliance roles
Educational background in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Quality, or Compliance
Strong ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with multiple company departments
Excellent English language skills
High level of precision and structured work approach
