Overview

We are a small, mission-driven company dedicated to fair trade and women's empowerment. We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Manager who can help us grow our impact by developing strategic marketing approaches that connect with our customers and showcase the stories of the artisan women we support.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer behavior through website traffic, purchase patterns, email engagement, and social media interactions
Segment audiences to create personalized marketing strategies
Optimize website product pages and content for improved user experience and conversions
Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to our ideal customer profiles
Improve digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, and social media
Create social media strategies that speak directly to audience values and interests
Conduct A/B testing on digital assets, ads, and email campaigns
Track and generate insights from marketing performance data

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or eCommerce
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and marketing metrics
Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools
Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and basic HTML/CSS
Graphic design and video editing skills
Strong understanding of UX/UI and conversion rate optimization
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with eCommerce marketing, fair trade brands, or social enterprises
