As a Junior Product Developer, you will join the Product & Design team and contribute to the development of high quality lingerie and swimwear collections. This is a hands-on, supportive role that offers a fantastic opportunity to learn the craft of product development from the inside out, working closely with experienced colleagues in a dynamic and creative environment.

02 — What you'll do

What you'll do

  • Support the team during technical fittings and provide assistance throughout the development process
  • Check development and production samples and help process feedback to suppliers
  • Assist in compiling packing instructions and quality documentation for production
  • Plan and coordinate fit model appointments
  • Manage the collection archive and handle incoming and outgoing packages
  • Help prepare samples for the sales department
  • Assist during packshot shoots where needed
  • Contribute to ensuring the product development process runs smoothly and that collections meet the required quality and fit standards
03 — What you'll bring

What you'll bring

  • Minimum MBO-level education in fashion or a related field (for example, ROC Mondriaan or a comparable programme)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and quality
  • Ability to handle pressure and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English
  • Willingness to travel as part of the role
