OPEN32 is seeking a creative and driven senior fashion designer who is passionate about developing the Silvercreek women's collection. In this role, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic team, translating market trends into compelling, commercial designs while maintaining the brand's quality and design standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct trend research and translate insights into the Silvercreek women's collection
Independently manage design packages and development processes
Create and develop new collection designs
Maintain precise design documentation and administrative processes
Collaborate with product team to refine and validate designs
Balance creative vision with commercial viability

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Fashion & Styling
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
3-5 years of relevant experience in fashion and styling
Strong conceptual thinking and collection building skills
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Deep understanding of market trends and brand positioning
Creative problem solving abilities
