About the role
OPEN32 is seeking a creative and driven senior fashion designer who is passionate about developing the Silvercreek women's collection. In this role, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic team, translating market trends into compelling, commercial designs while maintaining the brand's quality and design standards.
What you'll do
- Conduct trend research and translate insights into the Silvercreek women's collection
- Independently manage design packages and development processes
- Create and develop new collection designs
- Maintain precise design documentation and administrative processes
- Collaborate with product team to refine and validate designs
- Balance creative vision with commercial viability
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion & Styling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in fashion and styling
- Strong conceptual thinking and collection building skills
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Deep understanding of market trends and brand positioning
- Creative problem solving abilities
