Senior Fashion Designer

Overview

OPEN32 is seeking a creative and driven senior fashion designer who is passionate about developing the Silvercreek women's collection. In this role, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic team, translating market trends into compelling, commercial designs while maintaining the brand's quality and design standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trend research and translate insights into the Silvercreek women's collection

• Independently manage design packages and development processes

• Create and develop new collection designs

• Maintain precise design documentation and administrative processes

• Collaborate with product team to refine and validate designs

• Balance creative vision with commercial viability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion & Styling

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in fashion and styling

• Strong conceptual thinking and collection building skills

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Deep understanding of market trends and brand positioning

• Creative problem solving abilities
