Responsibilities
Partner closely with Design, Product Development, and Sourcing teams to execute garment concepts
Manage technical aspects of garment construction and fit
Develop and refine patterns to meet design specifications
Collaborate on sustainable innovation initiatives
Ensure high-quality product development across all stages of production
Requirements
Proven experience in apparel technical development across multiple levels
Strong knowledge of garment construction techniques
Excellent understanding of fit and pattern development
Highly organized and detail-driven approach
Strong problem-solving and solutions-focused mindset
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
