Refined Department, a dynamic fashion brand established in July 2021, is seeking a passionate Production Intern to join their design and production team. As the younger sister brand to Alix The Label, Refined Department has rapidly grown to over 215 sales points in the Netherlands & Belgium, offering versatile clothing that allows individuals to express their unique style.

About the Role

This internship provides an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the complete production process of a fashion collection. You'll work closely with the production team, gaining hands on experience in the fashion industry while developing critical skills in garment production and quality control.

Responsibilities

Attend and take minutes during fitting sessions
Develop size specifications and process comments
Test fabrics and clothing items
Control and assess lab dips, fabric qualities, and colors
Measure and inspect samples
Maintain and create comprehensive production overview documents
Provide support for various production department activities

Requirements

Preferably pursuing a HBO (higher professional education) program
Strong attention to detail with a sense of responsibility
Ability to work flexibly, accurately, and independently
Keen sense of fashion and garment fit
Excellent command of Dutch and English languages
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
