At Studio Anneloes, you'll be a crucial link between our retail partners and internal teams as a B2B Customer Support Specialist. This dynamic role offers an opportunity to thrive in a collaborative, ambitious environment where you'll provide exceptional customer service, support account managers, and actively contribute to strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Answer B2B customer questions via email and phone
Support customers with orders, deliveries, and collections
Resolve issues related to e-commerce, logistics, and order processing
Escalate complex questions to the appropriate departments
Monitor progress and provide customer follow-ups
Support account managers with commercial and operational queries
Develop solutions for retail partners
Identify commercial opportunities and areas for improvement
Collect and share market feedback internally
Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and e-commerce teams
Document customer interactions in the CRM system
Actively contribute to high customer satisfaction

Requirements

Minimum MBO education level
Experience in customer support, sales support, or retail
Professional and service oriented communication skills
Excellent Dutch language proficiency
Precise and detail oriented work approach
Commercial mindset with ability to recognize opportunities
Strong collaborative skills across different teams
Positive and solution oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
