Vadobag Europe builds brands. As Senior Marketeer you own the marketing, licensing and brand strategy for the house labels Kidzroom and Studio V, and for more than 35 international licenses from Disney Stitch to Bluey and PAW Patrol. You translate that strategy into concrete plans, campaigns and growth opportunities across markets and channels.
The role reaches across the company. You work closely with management, sales and design, and you coach a small marketing team of one marketeer and one intern. Your mandate spans B2B and B2C, from brand positioning and storytelling to the performance of websites and channels. With that breadth comes freedom to steer strategy, brand development and commercial growth from the Tilburg office and showroom.
What you'll do
- Develop and guard the international marketing strategy, turning it into concrete plans, campaigns and growth opportunities across markets and channels
- Strengthen brand positioning and storytelling for own brands and licenses, coordinating campaigns, product launches and collaborations
- Own the performance of websites and channels, driving results through SEO and SEA, marketing automation and data analysis
- Coach and guide the marketing team of one marketeer and one intern, and act as sparring partner for Sales, Design and management
- Improve processes and ways of working, implementing new tools, trends and AI solutions
What you'll bring
- HBO or WO degree in Marketing, Communication or a similar field
- At least 7 years of marketing experience
- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Strong digital marketing knowledge across SEO, e-commerce, social and online campaigns
- Experience directing or coaching colleagues
- Affinity with retail, fashion or lifestyle
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
